Owner and director
With 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Michael leads our team with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Drum Construction was originally founded in Queenstown, where Michael gained extensive experience in the high-end building sector. He later returned to Dunedin, where he had previously served his apprenticeship, to raise his family and bring his expertise to the local market.
Jason
Renovation & Remedial Specialist
With over 30 years working in construction, no job is too challenging for Jason. With a true passion for revitalising existing spaces, he thrives on transforming old or worn-out buildings into something new and vibrant. Jason’s expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional results make him an invaluable part of our team, breathing new life into every renovation project he takes on. With a wealth of experience in different aspects of construction as well as being a qualified builder, renovations are an ideal field of expertise for his knowledge to be put to great use. Jason truly goes the extra mile for our clients.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Carl was an integral part of one of Queenstown’s most prestigious high-end building companies for 22 years before moving to Dunedin. His extensive experience in bespoke, architecturally complex builds makes him an invaluable asset to Drum Construction. Carl’s problem-solving mindset and deep technical knowledge allow him to execute even the most intricate designs with precision.
